TortHarbor is a marketing and acquisition brand of Scale Club, LLC. This notice describes this business-facing website and business inquiries submitted through it or sent to contact@scaleclub.com.

Information you provide

When you submit the acquisition-brief form, we receive and store your name, firm, work email, acquisition focus and any optional phone number or brief you provide. Briefs are stored with our website hosting provider and are available in a restricted owner inbox. If you contact us by email, we receive the information in that message. Please do not send claimant records, medical details, privileged information or other sensitive case material through this website.

How inquiries are used

Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss services and manage the business relationship. Email and website service providers may process information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Website technology

This website does not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. The inquiry form uses a temporary, necessary security cookie to help prevent unauthorized submissions. Hashed email and network identifiers, where available, are used for short-term request limits. This website does not use those identifiers for advertising. The website hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, access logs and authentication information needed to operate and secure its service. Interactive calculator values remain in your browser and are not submitted by the calculator.

Direct booking

Booking buttons open Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly and shared with the meeting organizer under Calendly’s privacy terms. Opening the scheduler takes you off this website.

Your choices

You can choose not to send an inquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted or emailed, or to ask us to stop business follow-up, contact contact@scaleclub.com. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Separate claimant programs

This site is for law-firm business inquiries. Any future consumer acquisition campaign requires its own disclosures, permissions and data-handling arrangements. This notice is not consent to contact prospective claimants.
